SHUTTLE SERVICE The B&B Inn Centro provides a convenient shuttle service to pick you up from/to the Catania airport, the central railway station, the bus station, the port.
The shuttle service must be booked in advance and has an extra cost which is however much cheaper than a taxi fare. To ask for it, please send us an email to info@inn-centro.it.
CAR RENTING
It will be possible to rent cars with major car renting agencies. They will both bring to you and rescue the choosen car directly to the B&B. A valid driving license as well as a credit card are needed.
BYCICLE RENTING
It's possible renting new bycicles directly at b&b.
INTERNET
The B&B has a full pc workstation with high speed internet connction. It's free.
LUGGAGE STORE
If needed and for your comfort it will be possible leave your luggage as long as you wish in a luggage room. No charges of course but no responsability.
BEACH LIDO
Thanks to an agreement with one of the best lido in Catania, in summertime is possible enjoy the "Playa beach". Access will be granted as well as sundecks and beach-umbrella.
EXCURSIONS
Thanks to the cooperation with some of the most professional, fair and authorized agency in Sicily, it will be possible organizing whatever type of excursion throughout Sicily directly from the B&B, with free pick up service. Below some suggestions.

ETNA
Moon landscapes of the recent lava flows, the suggestive lava caves and the enormous lava valleys. Free pick up service at the B&B with new jeeps and naturalistic trip-leader, Etna expert, at your disposal. There are three types of excursions: at morning, in the evening and at night (available only when eruptions occur).

THE CYCLOPS COST: ACICASTELLO, ACITREZZA, ACIREALE
The Norman Castle of Acicastello represents an historical evidence. Built in 1076, entirely made of lava, on a spur of crystallized magma.
The Lachea island and Faraglioni of Acitrezza are products of the first volcanic activities that subsequently generated Etna.The symbol of the village are the famous faraglioni, huge black lava rocks. Mythology says that Polifemo trown them against Ulysse's ship: this legend gives the name to the Riviera of the Cyclops.

TAORMINA
It lays down on a rocky plateau, 200 metres of altitude.
Its position is amazing, between the sea and the mountain.
You will be visiting the Dome square in the old center, the Corvaja Palace, the San Domenico (an old and huge domenican cloister), the wonderful greek theatre, the charming Bella Island with its splendid beach. |

Syracuse is positioned on the only natural port of the sicilian east side. A sea city that extends along the Ortygia island, Syracuse lays on an harmonious bay. You will be visiting the ancient historical center of Ortygia (greek-roman age), the enormous greek theatre, the Ear of Dyonisius, the archeological park of Neapolis. |

Agrigento is known for the famous Valley of Temples, an exceptional archeological site of the ancient greek age. From 1998 the site has been recognized as a world heritage site by UNESCO. |

PIAZZA ARMERINA e CALTAGIRONE
Piazza Armerina, is located 721 meters up in the Erei mounts. The village is famous for the Villa Romana del Casale a luxurious castle of the third or fourth century d.C., with wide stylish floors enterily made in mosaics. Also this site has been recently recognized as a “world heritage site” by UNESCO.
Close to Piazza Armerina lies the town of Caltagirone, very tipical sicilian town of the innerland, famous for the excellent quality of its pottery. |
