WHAT IS A BED AND BREAKFAST?
In Italy Bed & Breakfast are lodging houses managed by privates that, using their own family organization, destiny part of their house to guests providing a both lodging and breakfast. We are proud to say that in our B&B there is a 3 stars hotel standard at the price of a 1 star hotel!
IS THERE AN ELEVATOR INTO THE BUILDING?
Yes, the building has a modern elevetar which serves all the floors.
RATES ARE PER ROOM OR PER PERSON?
Rates are per room.
WHAT ARE CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES?
Usually check in is at 12.00 am, but is however possible checking in earlier in order to take the keys and leave the luggage. Check out time is at 10.30 am.
IS IT POSSIBLE PAYING WITH CREDIT CARDS?
Yes, we accept Debit, Visa and Mastercard cards.
ARE ROOMS QUIET AND PRIVATE?
Yes, rooms are quiet and private. Each room is equipped with soundproofed windows, bathroom, television, own air conditioning system, linen and towels, balcony.
DO THE B&B PROVIDE FOR LINEN AND TOWELS?
Yes we certainly do. We provide for a complete set of bed linen and bathroom linen. It is changed every 3-4 days during your stay with no extra cost.
ARE THERE SMOKING ROOMS?
All rooms are NO SMOKING but is definitely allowed to smoking in the balconies.
IS THERE TV?
Yes, every room has its own air tv.
IS THERE A TELEPHONE INTO THE ROOMS?
No, there is no telephone into the rooms.
IS THERE AIR CONDITIONING?
Yes, every room has its own air conditioning system (hot/cold).
IS THERE AN INTERNET POINT INTO THE B&B?
Yes, there is a free internet point inside the B&B.
DO THE OWNERS LIVE AT THE B&B?
Yes, but the owner entrance is private and independent from the one of the guests.
CAN WE GO IN AND OUT WHENEVER WE WANT?
Yes, we give the house keys, allowing our guests to be independent.
WHEN BREAKFAST IS SERVED?
Breakfast is served every morning from 7.30am to 10.00am inside the B&B.
IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
No, but is possible to parking in the streets outside: some parkings need a ticket (0.75 cents per hour), other are free.
WHERE IS POSSIBLE BUYING TICKETS FOR THE BUS?
Tickets can be purchased in the Tobaccos shops. (T sign). However we keep some at the B&B
IS THERE A RESTAURANT IN THE B&B?
No, but there are a lot of restaurants, pizzerias pubs and fast foods almost everywhere in the surroundings.
WHY CHOOSING US:
THE POSITION. We are in the heart of the city of Catania, few steps away from the bus stops for all directions, such as the railway central station and the airport. You do have at hand shops, markets, restaurants, pubs, banks and whatever useful.
EXCELLENT VALUE. Lower rate but same standard of a three star hotel! For cheaper prices you will have at your disposal well furnished rooms with your own bathroom inside, cleanliness, air conditioning system, complete breakfast. Towel and linen are always included.
